- Consistent business information: name, address, phone, hours and services aligned across your site, Google Business Profile and key directories.
- Crawler access: robots.txt, sitemaps and an llms.txt file, checked against the AI crawlers that matter.
- Tracking: a repeatable set of customer questions to re-check AI answers, plus analytics that show AI-referred visits where possible.

How much does an AI Visibility Sprint cost?
Typically $6,000 to $7,500. You get a fixed quote after your AI Visibility Assessment, based on the fixes we agree to make. If you start a sprint within 30 days of your assessment report, the $2,500 assessment fee can be credited toward it.
What is an AI Visibility Sprint?
A fixed-scope implementation project in which I fix the highest-impact items from your AI Visibility Assessment, such as structured data, answer-ready service pages, business listings, crawler access and tracking.
Do I need the assessment first?
Yes. The sprint is scoped from the assessment’s fix list, so you know exactly what will be done and why before you commit.
Can you work on my existing website platform?
Usually. Most fixes work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and custom sites. If a platform hides your content from AI crawlers, I’ll tell you plainly and show the options.
Will this guarantee AI recommendations?
No. Nobody controls AI answers. The sprint fixes what is in your control, and we measure AI answers again afterwards against the baseline from your assessment.
