This policy covers aimarketingbox.org, operated by AI Marketing Box, the practice of Martin Zialcita in Honolulu, Hawaii.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email, website, business name, phone, city and message, plus the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link. The Free AI Visibility Assessment tool, which runs separately, collects the website and email you enter there.
The AI Revenue Leak Scorecard scores your answers in your browser and saves them on your device so you can resume; they are not sent to me. If you ask for your scorecard report by email, I receive your first name, email, company (if you add it), your scores and whether you opted in to occasional insights.
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few anonymous events (such as starting or finishing the scorecard) without cookies.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, to provide services you ask for, and to keep a record of our conversation. I don’t sell your information. If you become a client, details may be stored in my CRM.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered by email through Resend. These providers process data on my behalf.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added, this page will be updated.
