Six systems, five statements each
They follow the path a buyer takes, from finding you to becoming a client. Revenue usually leaks in the handoffs between them, which is why each one gets its own score.
Visibility
Can buyers find you?
Search, AI discovery, local presence, category authority.
Conversion
Does attention become action?
Offer clarity, proof, calls to action, the path to inquiry.
Speed-to-lead
How fast do you respond?
Acknowledgment, routing, ownership, response standards.
Follow-up
What happens after day one?
Nurture, pipeline discipline, reactivation, human handoffs.
Measurement
Do you know what creates revenue?
Attribution, reporting, and the decisions they support.
Capacity
Can your system handle growth?
Whether delivery holds when demand increases.
How the scoring works
Choose the answer that reflects what happens consistently today—not what is planned.
| Answer | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 0 | Not at all |
| 1 | Rarely |
| 2 | Sometimes |
| 3 | Consistently |
| 4 | Consistently, and we keep improving it |
| ? | Not sure: scores 0 and shows up as a blind spot to check |
Reading your total
| Score | Position | What it usually means |
|---|---|---|
| 0–39 | Major leaks | Critical gaps are letting leads and revenue slip away. |
| 40–59 | Leaking revenue | Working pieces are held back by weak handoffs. |
| 60–79 | Solid, with gaps | Most of the system holds. Targeted fixes are the next step. |
| 80–100 | Strong | Keep measuring, and check your lowest system against real numbers. |
Section scores are worth more than the total. The total is a rough position; the lowest section is the instruction.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the scorecard take?
About ten minutes if you answer from what you already know, which is how it is designed to be used. Checking each answer against evidence takes longer, and that is worth doing afterwards: the first pass shows you where to look.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Every statement describes an observable business practice, such as whether inquiries get acknowledged or whether follow-up has an owner.
How is the score calculated?
Each of the 30 statements is scored from 0 (Not at all) to 4 (Consistently, and we keep improving it). Not sure scores 0. Each system’s score is its five answers out of 20, shown out of 100, and your total is all 30 answers out of 120, shown out of 100. Your biggest leak is your lowest-scoring system. Your three highest-priority fixes are your lowest-scored answered statements, with no more than two from any one system. Not sure answers are listed as blind spots instead.
What if I don’t know the answer?
Choose Not sure. It scores 0, because a practice nobody can confirm is rarely a reliable one, and it appears in your results as a blind spot to check.
Do I have to give my email to see my results?
No. Your full results appear on screen as soon as you finish. If you want a copy, you can ask for the report by email afterwards.
What happens with my answers?
Your answers are scored in your browser and saved on your device so you can pick up where you left off. Nothing is sent to AI Marketing Box unless you ask for the emailed report. Then I receive your first name, email, company (if you add it) and your scores, so I can send the report and possibly follow up once personally. See the privacy policy.
Is a low score bad news?
It is usually the most useful result. A low score in one system with high scores elsewhere is the clearest kind of finding, because the surrounding machinery already works and one junction is losing what the rest produces. A uniformly high score is harder to act on, and worth a second look at whether the scoring was generous.
Does the score predict revenue?
No. The scorecard is a directional diagnostic, not a guarantee of results. It tells you which system to examine first. It does not predict revenue, forecast a return, or guarantee an outcome.
