A small practice that does the work itself

Martin Zialcita

I’m Martin Zialcita, an AI marketing consultant based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, and the founder of AI Marketing Box. I was born in Japan, raised in Guam, and now live and work in Honolulu. I work with clients across the US and Canada remotely, and in person on Oʻahu by arrangement.

Most of my career has been on the commercial side of organizations: marketing, growth, customer systems, CRM, analytics and digital transformation. That background shapes how I approach AI. I’ve seen many technology projects succeed technically and fail operationally, so I focus on whether a specific workflow works better in six months, with your staff running it and without me in the room.

I’ve taught an AI Marketing and Ethics course at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, and I hold an MBA from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. I’m also the founder of Future Skills Hawaiʻi, a civic research initiative on AI adoption and workforce readiness, which is kept separate from this commercial practice.

How I work

• Your accounts, your data. Tools and platforms are set up in your name. I work as an authorized user with access you can remove at any time.
• You pay vendors directly. I never collect or hold client funds, and I never pay vendors on your behalf.
• Written approval first. Anything consequential waits for your written OK.
• A baseline before a claim. We measure before changing anything, so any improvement we report has something to compare against.
• Handover is in scope. Documentation, a trained person on your team, and a way to roll back.

What I don’t claim

I don’t guarantee rankings, AI mentions, traffic or revenue, and I don’t publish client names, results or testimonials without written permission. Descriptions like “leading” or “premier” can’t be verified, so you won’t find them here.
